The Fluorine Rubber Hydraulic Ferrule is an upgraded sealing component developed to address common industry issues associated with standard rubber ferrules, such as high-temperature aging, chemical corrosion, and failure due to high-pressure extrusion. Manufactured in strict accordance with DIN international standards, the product range covers sizes from φ6mm to φ42mm, allowing for direct, in-situ replacement of similar imported ferrules. Unlike conventional NBR (nitrile rubber) ferrules, this product is designed for harsh operating conditions—including high temperatures, corrosive media, prolonged outdoor exposure, and high-pressure surges. Installation & Operation Guide


Standard installation steps

Tube preparation: Flatten and deburr the tube end, clean tube and fitting bore, ensure no impurities, chips or grease.

Assembly sequence: Slide on compression nut → FKM sealing ring → metal ferrule in order, make sure the sealing ring is flat and not twisted.

Pre-assembly: Insert tube fully into fitting body, tighten nut by hand, then tighten to standard torque (or 1.25–1.5 turns).

Pressure test: Perform 1.5× working pressure holding test, put into service after no leakage is confirmed.

3.  Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from operation beyond rated temperature or pressure limits, forced assembly causing twisting, incompatibility between the material and the medium, damage caused by manual cutting or impact, or long-term operation exceeding design loads.
