XYOON L-series cutting rings are purpose-built bite-type connectors for DIN 2353 24° cone tube fittings, designed exclusively for thin-wall seamless steel tubing. When tightened, Light Duty Hydraulic Pipeline Ferrule radially compresses and uniformly bites into the tube outer wall, creating a leak-tight, vibration-resistant metal-to-metal seal without welding, flaring or sealant. It is a lightweight, cost-effective and maintenance-friendly connection solution for 16–25MPa rated systems, and drops directly into existing DIN-standard fitting assemblies.

A: Ensure tube ends are square, burr-free and clean. Insert tube fully into fitting body. Tighten nut hand-tight, then use wrench to tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn beyond hand-tight.
