The XYOON JS Hydraulic Ferrule is a core locking and sealing component for JIS-standard bite-type tube fittings. Installed between the compression nut and the fitting body cone, it deforms and bites into the outer wall of seamless steel tubing when the nut is tightened, creating both a reliable mechanical grip and a pressure-tight static seal without welding, flaring or additional sealants.

It is fully interchangeable with mainstream JS-standard tube fittings on the market, and is widely used to connect hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and light chemical process lines, providing a fast, maintenance-friendly and vibration-resistant tubing connection solution.

Q1: Which material should I choose, carbon steel or stainless steel?

A: Carbon steel (zinc plated) is recommended for general hydraulic and lubrication systems with cost priority. 304 stainless steel suits water-based media and general corrosion environments; 316L is required for seawater, chemical and high-purity gas applications.

Q2: What is the maximum working pressure?

A: Carbon steel ferrules support up to 25MPa; 304/316L stainless steel ferrules support up to 64MPa, depending on tube wall thickness and fitting rating.

Q3: Do you accept small quantity orders?

A: Yes. No MOQ for standard sizes; samples can be provided for testing. Custom sizes start from 500 pieces per specification.

Q4: What is the difference between single ferrule and double ferrule fittings?

A: Single ferrule (JS series) uses one ferrule that performs both sealing and gripping functions, suitable for medium-pressure applications up to 25-64MPa.
