With a single feed operation, it can simultaneously remove the cutting burrs, welding slag and oxide layer on the end face, inner and outer pipe walls of the pipe, without the need for a second flipping process for processing. This is different from the single-head equipment on the market that only deburrs the end face.


Q2: Will the processing of thin-walled stainless steel pipes cause deformation at the pipe ends or scratches on the pipe walls?

A: The equipment adopts a flexible limit clamping structure and is equipped with an infinitely variable speed control ranging from 0 to 300 rpm. The rotational speed can be adjusted according to the hardness of stainless steel and alloy steel to reduce the force on the contact surface. Q3: Does the equipment support voltages other than 220V in overseas regions?

Q4: What components are covered by the whole machine warranty? Are the wear-prone parts included?

A: The whole machine warranty lasts for 12 months. It includes core structural components such as the motor, frame, and electronic control board. Grinding wheels and anti-slip rubber pads are considered regular wear-prone materials and are not covered under the free warranty. We offer low-cost original factory consumables in bulk supply.


Q5: How to switch between manual feeding and semi-automatic feeding? Is any modification required?

A: No need for disassembly or modification. There is a mode switching knob on the side of the machine. It takes only 10 seconds for one person to switch between the two feeding modes. For small batches of scattered pipe materials, manual feeding is used; for batch processing on the assembly line, semi-automatic feeding is switched on.
